This guide covers clients and messages. Open the Clients tab to see your client book. Each client has one record: their contact details, the address used for travel, their booking history, packages, loyalty points, form answers, and your notes. Edit those records carefully. The email on the record is where sign-in codes and notifications go. One wrong letter, and a client hears nothing. Duplicates happen: a client books once by email, and once by phone. The Duplicates screen finds likely pairs. Merging keeps both histories under one record, and if a pair is really two different people, you can mark them as not duplicates, and they stop being suggested. For messages, open the Inbox. That is the message centre: conversations with your clients live there, and every appointment has its own message thread. When a client writes about a booking, it lands on that appointment, so the whole story stays with the visit. Appointment threads are also where arrivals land. If you have turned check-in on in Settings, a client who taps "I'm here" when they arrive puts that arrival right in the appointment's thread, with the time. And when you tap "I'm here" on a confirmed appointment, your client is told through the same message centre. Forms belong here too. The answers a client fills out live on their record and on the appointment, so what you need is in front of you when the visit starts. The last guide covers settings and features.
