This last guide covers settings and features. Tap the Menu button to reach Settings. On the business website, the settings search at the top finds any setting by name, so you never have to hunt. Every feature in JLB has its own switch in Settings. Check-in is one. Bank-file import is another. When a switch is off, that feature is hidden everywhere for your business: in the menus, at checkout, and on your clients' side too. Turn on only what you use, and your screens stay clean. Each switch sits in its own labelled box, with its name right beside it, so you always know what you are turning on or off. Your sign-in settings live in Settings too. That is where you can set an optional password and a secret question. The secret question is your way back in if you ever forget the password, and the email sign-in code always stays available as the front door. Now the promise that matters most if money ever gets tight. JLB has no contract, and you can cancel anytime. If a subscription payment is ever missed, your account is never locked and never deleted. It switches to view-only. You can still sign in, see everything — clients, appointments, notes, and money records — and export all of it. New bookings and edits simply wait until you renew. Renewing is built in. Tap Renew on the view-only banner at the top, or go to Settings, then Your JLB subscription, and tap "Add or replace your billing card". Your card is entered on Stripe's own secure page. JLB never sees the number. As soon as the payment goes through, your business is fully back, with nothing to rebuild. That is the end of the owner guides. Everything in them is also written down on this help page, in English and French.
